Sheila is a facilitator, speaker, and leadership advisor who emphasizes the evolving potential of individuals within systems and organizations. She holds a certificate in the Art of Spiritual Direction from San Francisco Theological Seminary and has worked with a diverse range of individuals and groups, identifying core goals and key steps at crossroad points.

 

For over 30 years Sheila directed a variety of fun and engaging inter-disciplinary programming at Westminster Woods Conference Center in Northern California. She is a pioneering practitioner in the Unique Self Coaching Collective, which is sponsored by the Center for Integral Wisdom. Sheila lives in the Northern California redwoods with her husband Paul in a home that she refers to as “our two-story tent in the forest”.
