Aerowenn has a BS in Environmental Science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, is a graduate of the CTI Co-Active Coach Training Program, and a certified Hatha yoga teacher with a deep passion for sharing the practice with others. Professionally, she currently wears two hats: one as Program Manager for Teamworks, and the other, teaching at the yoga studio she owns and manages.

 

Aerowenn lives in the beautiful, bountiful, Sierra Foothills with her husband and family. Aerowenn embraces and shares the values of Teamworks, celebrating life though seeing other's radiant beauty, striving to focus on the present, and delighting in life's every breath. She loves being in nature, wildlife, and has a particular passion for dark chocolate paired with red wine and anything pumpkin.
